Hiring Lead Caregiver Full-Time As more seniors and families trust Home Instead with their care, we're growing our team again. We're looking for an experienced, high-performing caregiver who is ready for the next step in their career. Our Lead Caregiver is still in a hands-on caregiving role. You'll continue doing the work you love—providing exceptional one-on-one care to seniors—while taking on additional responsibilities that recognize your experience, leadership, and professionalism. As a Lead Caregiver, you will: Be one of the first faces new clients and families meet and be part of the client services team that successfully launches new client relationships Support quality assurance efforts Mentor fellow caregivers Serve as a trusted ambassador for our company This role isn't for everyone. It's designed for caregivers who consistently demonstrate reliability, professionalism, initiative, and exceptional client service—and who are ready to be recognized for it . Required Availability Full-Time Hours - 40 hours/week Includes every other weekend Scheduled hours will vary and may include some evenings as needed But Wait - Do You Qualify?
