Part-Time | Office Assistant /
Caregiver Every Other Weekend On-Call:
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same? Do you have positive energy and like working collaboratively on a team? If so, this may be the perfect role for you. We're looking for two high-performing, organized, and compassionate team members who enjoy variety and love being where they're needed most. You'll split your time between clerical support, assisting with scheduling, handling on-call responsibilities, and providing hands-on care when coverage is needed. The Office Assistant / Caregiver must stay calm under pressure and be able to think quickly on the fly. For someone who likes staying busy, solving problems, and making a meaningful difference, this role is seriously rewarding. This is not a traditional office position.•As an Office Assistant/ Caregiver, you will... Answer and handle phone calls Support scheduling Collaborate with the weekend scheduler during on-call weekends Cover shifts when doing on-call weekends Maintain and organize files Greet visitors Provide excellent customer service to client, families, caregivers and team members•
Required Availability:
Part-Time:
25 hours/week +
On-Call Every Other Weekend Weekday Hours :
10am•3pm Additional hours available as a caregiver•
But Wait, Will YOU Qualify:
Previous office or administrative experience preferred Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows Previous caregiving experience with seniors required Experience supporting individuals with Alzheimer's and other dementias Comfortable assisting both male and female clients with personal care Ok to work with heavy smokers and clients with all types of pets Must have access to an insured vehicle to use during the work day, have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record Willing to work with clients throughout our service territory Able to pass a FBI fingerprint background check and drug screen•Why You Will Love this
