Homemaker / Caregiver Liebling Homecare, LLC Noblesville, IN Job Details Part-time $19 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Sweeping Phone communication Assisting with ADLs Residential housekeeping Meal preparation Patient interaction Bathing assistance Full Job Description No Benefits | Expected Start July 2026 | Part-Time 4-12 Hours Weekly Liebling Homecare LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Homemaker / Companion Caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support services to clients in the Carmel and Noblesville areas. This position is currently anticipated to provide approximately 4-12 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours in the future based on client needs and scheduling availability. Core Responsibilities Homemaking Assistance
  • Perform light housekeeping duties
  • Assist with laundry and linens
  • Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness
  • Vacuum, dust, sweep, and organize living areas
  • Assist with meal preparation and cleanup
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment Companion Care
  • Provide companionship and social interaction
  • Engage clients in conversation and activities
  • Offer emotional support and encouragement
  • Assist in reducing isolation and loneliness
  • Encourage participation in routines and hobbies Personal Support Assistance
  • Assist clients with routine daily tasks
  • Provide reminders for schedules and routines
  • Assist with grooming, bathing, dressing, or toileting support within company policy
  • Provide mobility assistance within training scope Client Observation & Communication
  • Observe changes in client condition or environment
  • Report concerns promptly to agency leadership
  • Complete required service documentation accurately and timely
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality General Duties
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Arrive on time and provide reliable service
  • Participate in orientation and ongoing training
  • Maintain proper sanitation and safety practices
  • Report incidents or concerns appropriately
  • Demonstrate professionalism and compassion at all times Qualifications
  • Compassionate and dependable demeanor
  • Ability to communicate professionally
  • Ability to work independently
  • Reliable transportation to client assignments required
  • Prior caregiving experience helpful but not required Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout client homes for extended periods
  • Ability to perform light housekeeping and homemaking duties
  • Ability to safely assist clients with non-medical mobility support within training limitations
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and by phone Employment Requirements
  • Ability to pass criminal background screening in accordance with Indiana law and company policy
