Job Summary:
•We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated PAC Participant Assistance & Care Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This role is essential in helping our clients maintain their independence and dignity. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and a genuine desire to support those in need. •
Key Responsibilities:
•Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities. Aid in mobility and transportation, including helping clients move around safely. Support meal preparation and ensure clients follow dietary guidelines. Monitor and document clients' health, noting any changes in physical or mental conditions. Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote emotional and mental well-being. Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records of medication schedules. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare providers regarding care plans and any concerns. •
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or GED required. Certification in CPR and first aid is preferred. Previous experience in a caregiving role or similar environment is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Physical stamina and the ability to assist clients with mobility needs.
