What You'll Do Provide companionship and conversation Assist with light personal care and daily routines Prepare meals and support light housekeeping Help with errands and transportation Bring consistency, warmth, and reliability into each home What We're Looking For A caring, patient, and dependable individual Someone who values relationships over "just getting tasks done" Strong communication and listening skills Ability to work independently with good judgment Prior caregiving experience (professional or family) is helpful, not required What Makes This Role Different Flexible, part-time schedules that fit your life Meaningful one-on-one relationships—not rushed, high-volume care A supportive, respectful team environment The opportunity to stay active, engaged, and connected Requirements At least 18 years of age Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Physically able to assist with light caregiving tasks Our Promise We don't just place caregivers—we build relationships.
