Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team and provide exceptional support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by delivering personalized care in various settings, including private homes, assisted living facilities, and community-based programs. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to promoting independence and well-being for those they serve. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences Support patients with memory care needs, including dementia and Alzheimer's care Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning, laundry, and organizing personal spaces Use equipment such as Hoyer lifts to assist with heavy lifting or transfers safely Document care activities meticulously in compliance with healthcare standards and care plans Requirements Knowledge of patient observation techniques, and HIPAA compliance Certifications such as CPR and First Aid are required; additional training in dementia or Alzheimer's care is preferred Ability to work with people with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or other special needs populations Physical stamina for activities involving heavy lifting and assisting with mobility; familiarity with Hoyer lifts is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams Compassionate attitude with a commitment to providing respectful and dignified care Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Join us in making a positive impact on lives every day!
