Touching Hearts at Home Is seeking compassionate and reliable in-home caregivers to provide non-medical support to clients in the comfort of their homes. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others maintain independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Each home has different needs. Please follow care plans to make sure proper care is being given. Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming) Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Help with mobility and transfers as needed Run errands and provide transportation (if applicable) Monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior

Schedule:

We try our best to work with everyone's schedule. Let us know what you can work and we will do our best to give you the desired hours. Flexible hours based on availability. Lets talk and see what we can do to help you get hours and get our clients the Best care possible. Daytime, afternoons, and overnight shifts available Current overnights are 11p-7am Monday - Friday then 11p-6am sat and sun. Resting Overnights. Part-time and full-time opportunities : We have shifts open from 9a-11am m-f, 1p-5p m,w,f. 9a -11a in Larned M, and Thurs. 9am-11am m-f and in ellinwood 10 am-2pm m-f and many more. . we are always getting new referrals. With a great team we can cover these hours and Many more. Come Help us!

Qualifications:

Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required. We will train you. Compassionate, patience, and dependability Ability to follow care plans and instructions Able to work Independently and see tasks that need to be done without the client having to say anything. Reliable transportation and a Valid Drivers License and Insurance ( able to provide proof of license and ins.) Background check required Recent T.B. and Wellness Exams ( we provide these if needed )
