Job Description:

Touching Hearts at Home is seeking compassionate and dependable On-Call Caregivers to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential in-home care services to seniors and individuals in need, helping them maintain independence and quality of life. This is an on-call position, requiring flexibility and a willingness to respond to short-notice scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, cleaning, organizing) Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety monitoring Accurately document care and report any changes in client condition Assist with training new caregivers.

Requirements:

Previous caregiving experience preferred but we will train the right person Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to pass background check Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and short-notice shifts
