Caregiver Attendant-Independent Living

Accessible partners with a local independent living facility and offers care packages to residents that include assisting with personal cares, taking resident out to dining room, light housekeeping, etc. This position is part-time i n the facility. If you are looking for additional full-time hours, we can also give you other clients outside of the facility. Attendant Responsibilities:

Provide routine individualized care for clients. Monitor and report changes in patient health status. Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients. (if assigned) Light housecleaning/laundry/shopping/meal prep/grocery shopping etc.

Attendant Qualifications:

Must be dependable. Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner. Ability to build rapport with patients. Ability to handle a light physical workload.

Attendant Requirements:

Must have a valid Driver's License, reliable vehicle and acceptable MVR. Ability to lift 35 lbs. Sit for up to 2 hours. Ability to stand for 2 hours. Ability to squat and bend. Ability to climb stairs. Ability to walk for up to 1 hour. Negative 2-step TB skin test. Willing to undergo and pass background checks. Free of communicable disease.
