Care Professionals are supervised by the Supervisor at this agency and receive scheduling direction from the agency staffing Coordinator. Responsibilities Provide compassionate care to clients by assisting with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Observe and document patient conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Implement and follow individualized care plans to ensure the well-being of clients. Maintain a clean and safe environment in homes or group settings. Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Administer first aid as needed and assist with medication management. IND123
