Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and some grooming. Light Housekeeping and some chore services. Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning tasks and proper infection control procedures Time management skills Able to follow directions and changes in weekly schedules Good communication skills Observe and document patient conditions, behaviors, and progress accurately for care plans and team communication Provide emotional support and companionship to foster a positive environment Experience Prior experience working in home health care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of patient observation techniques Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality at all times Strong background in caregiving roles Join us in delivering exceptional home and community care!
