Pay:

Join OPTIONS as a Direct Service Worker (DSW) and help support individuals with disabilities in living more independent, fulfilling lives — all while working a predictable 7-on / 7-off (Sunday-Saturday) rotation. What You'll Do:

Companion care: Assist with daily living tasks such as meal prep, personal care, housekeeping, and transportation Promote connection: Support socialization and community outings Celebrate individuality: Respect personal preferences and foster a sense of belonging Work as a team: Collaborate with DSWs, supervisors, and families to ensure compassionate, quality care

Your Schedule:
