Direct Support Staff

TARC is a mission-driven organization dedicated to supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in building independence, workplace skills, and meaningful employment. We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Workers / Job Coaches to provide hands-on support in real work environments across our community-based businesses. Key Responsibilities Provide direct support and job coaching to adults with IDD Assist individuals in learning job tasks, routines, and workplace expectations Support individuals in achieving employment and independence goals Encourage positive social interactions and professional behavior Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment Monitor progress and provide guidance as needed Qualifications Compassionate, patient, and dependable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to support individuals with varying abilities High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience in caregiving, coaching, or human services is a plus (but not required) Why Join TARC?
