We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Quality & Training Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding, training, coaching and evaluating caregivers to ensure they provide high- quality, client-centered care in the home setting. This position plays a vital role in maintaining caregiver compliance, strengthening ADL caregiving skills, and supporting overall agency quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience in home care, caregiving, CNA training, healthcare education, or caregiving supervision and is passionate about mentoring others. Responsibilities (Caregiver Training & Development ) Conduct new caregiver orientation and onboarding Train caregivers on Activities of Daily Living (ADL's), including Bathing and personal hygiene dressing and grooming Safe transfers and mobility assistance Toileting and incontinence care Feeding and meal assistance Dementia and Alzheimer's care technique Provide hands on-skills demonstrations and competency evaluations Conduct refresher training and continuing education sessions Coach caregivers in professionalism, communication, safety and client engagement Quality Assurance Perform caregiver quality checks and supervisory visits in client home Monitor caregiver performance and documentation compliance Assist with incident reporting and follow-up Ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations Identify training opportunities and implement improvement plans Conduct caregiver annual evaluations Caregiver Support Serve as a mentor and resource for caregivers in the field Address caregiver questions, concerns, and performance issues Promote caregiver retention through support and engagement Collaborate with scheduling and office staff to maintain quality client care Qualifications Experience in home care, heathcare, caregiving or caregiver training required CNA, MA, LPN, RN, or healthcare training background preferred Experience in training or supervising caregivers preferred Strong knowledge of ADL care and safety procedures Excellent communication and leadership skills Compassionate, patient, and organized Proficient with basic computer documentation Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
