Personal Care Services

Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Service Providers to support individuals in maintaining their independence and quality of life. This role involves providing personalized assistance with daily activities, ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being. Ideal candidates will have a genuine desire to help others and possess excellent communication skills. Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Help with medication reminders and light housekeeping tasks Prepare meals according to dietary needs and preferences Monitor clients' health status and report any concerns to supervisors or healthcare professionals Follow care plans and document services provided accurately Ensure a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and infection control procedures Qualifications Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards clients Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a caregiving team Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are preferred for client visits outside the home setting Prior experience in personal care or healthcare is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to pass background checks and adhere to confidentiality standards Flexibility to work various shifts based on client needs, including evenings or weekends if required This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while developing valuable skills in personal care services.
