Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals of all ages, including children, toddlers, infants, and those with disabilities. In this vital role, you will create a safe, nurturing environment while promoting growth, development, and well-being. Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children, including toddlers and infants, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Support early childhood development through age-appropriate activities, teaching, and behavior management strategies Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, diapering, and nap schedules for young children Implement safety protocols including first aid procedures when necessary and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment Collaborate with families or guardians to understand specific needs and preferences for care plans Engage children in educational play, storytelling, and social interaction to foster learning and emotional growth Monitor health conditions of individuals with disabilities or special needs and communicate any concerns promptly Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or classroom settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, children, and team members Ability to manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques Passion for caregiving with a genuine desire to support the growth and well-being of others Join us in making a positive impact by providing nurturing care that helps children flourish! $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
