Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals of all ages, including children, toddlers, infants, and those with disabilities. Duties Provide attentive care to children, including infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety, comfort, and emotional well-being Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and diapering for infants and young children Support individuals with disabilities by helping with mobility, personal hygiene, and daily activities in a respectful manner Engage children in age-appropriate educational activities that promote childhood development and early learning skills Implement behavior management strategies to foster positive behavior and social skills in children Maintain a clean, safe environment by following health and safety guidelines at all times Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about the child's progress, needs, and any concerns Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education techniques Experience working with children across different age groups, including preschoolers and toddlers Certification or training in first aid and CPR to handle emergencies confidently Proven ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or special needs Excellent teaching skills combined with patience and empathy for nurturing young minds Ability to manage behavior constructively while fostering a positive environment Reliable, responsible, and attentive to detail in caregiving tasks Join us as a Caregiver to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and individuals with disabilities!
