Job Description

Overview Join our dedicated caregiving team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with special needs. As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, attentive support to promote safety, development, and well-being. Duties Assist children and individuals with daily activities, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and mobility support Implement engaging activities that promote childhood development, early education, and behavioral management Provide safe toddler and infant care by following best practices in hygiene and health protocols Support classroom or daycare routines by helping with lesson plans, playtime, naps, and transitions Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any health or safety concerns Foster positive interactions through teaching, nurturing, and encouraging social skills Collaborate with families and team members to develop personalized care plans that meet individual needs Qualifications Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities in childcare, daycare, babysitting, or classroom settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education methods Certification or training in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members Compassionate attitude with a genuine passion for caregiving and teaching Ability to manage behavior calmly and effectively while maintaining a safe environment Experience in toddler care, infant care, or preschool environments is highly preferred Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication helps shape bright futures!
