SUPPORT STAFF
Description TILL provides essential support to adults with developmental disabilities, learning differences, acquired brain injury, and other specialized needs through a wide range of housing options, from structured, staffed, small group living to individualized support options. The Direct Support Staff provides 1:1 support to an adult male in the Greater Manchester area. Schedule This is a part-time position from Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. $21/hr.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support to an adult male with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings Encourage independence, community involvement, and participation in activities such as fishing and gardening Follow and maintain a structured daily schedule independently Provide safe transportation, including weekly travel between Manchester and Nashua Support the individual's safety, well-being, and positive behaviors using a firm but caring approach Maintain professional communication and complete required daily documentation Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
2+ years experience supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) Candidates must be 18 years of age or older High School Diploma/GED is required Valid driver's license, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle is required Demonstrated ability to work independently in a 1:1 support setting Reliable, punctual, energetic, and compassionate personality Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills Dependable, patient, and community-oriented mindset. Ability to travel between Manchester and Nashua at least once a week
