Full Job Description Description:
The Family Support Worker will provide direct support and assistance to families to help them achieve stability and improve their overall well-being. This role involves assessing family needs, offering guidance, and connecting them with appropriate resources and services by using your bilingual skills in Spanish and/or Haitian Creole. What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference in the Lives of Families...
