Brockton, MA Job Details Full-time $750 - $1,500 a month 4 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications CPR Certification Certified Home Health Aide Working with individuals with disabilities First Aid Certification CNA Full Job Description Do you currently live with someone over the age of 16, that is physically or mentally disabled? Are they unable to live alone due to a chronic illness or disability? Do they have any of the following insurance plans: MassHealth Standard or MassHealth CommonHealth? If you answered yes to the questions above, then you may be able to receive a monthly payment and other benefits once they are approved into the AFC program. The caregiver can be a friend or a family member, living in the same household. (A spouse is not eligible to become a paid caregiver) The caregiver can be eligible to receive a monthly stipend check, that is non-taxable to essentially do what they have been doing all along, that is taking care of a loved one. The AFC program is a MassHealth Program. Stipend payments are tax free and do not effect any other government benefit such as housing, food stamps, unemployment etc. Healthier You -
