Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide overnight monitoring and safety checks Support mobility and toileting needs Observe and report changes in resident condition Follow care plans and document services provided Provide calm, reassuring resident support Collaborate with nursing and care team This is relationship-based care — even overnight, your presence makes a meaningful difference.
