Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care for our clients in Falmouth, MA. As a caregiver with Village Caregiving, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who need assistance with daily activities. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with medication reminders and light housekeeping Accompany clients to appointments or errands Requirements Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Flexibility to work various shifts Benefits Competitive pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, paid semi-monthly Flexible scheduling Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives Supportive work environment About the Company Village Caregiving is a trusted provider of in-home care services based in Falmouth, MA.
