Residential Counselor - Weekend Only

Join Crystal Springs as a part-time Weekend Residential Counselor to become a positive mentor and provide invaluable support to people with disabilities! Our Assonet, MA organization is looking for a compassionate person to help our students bridge the gap between their achievements and their next step to independence. You're critical to our students' happiness and well-being, and you earn $18.50

• $21.50/hour based on experience. We also offer a sign-on bonus and shift differentials ; $3.00/hour for weekends. This position works either from 7:00 PM
• 3:30 AM or 9:00 PM
• 5:30 AM on weekends. A mandatory 6 days of training is required with a schedule of Monday
• Friday 8:00 am

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

18+ years old Valid driver's license with good driving record Ability to stay awake during overnight shifts and work holidays as needed Ability to support daily living activities and perform physical interventions when necessary Caregiving experience would be preferred but isn't required for this entry-level role. A high school degree or equivalent would be a plus.
