Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver with good communication skill to provide exceptional in-home support and assistance to individuals requiring long-term care over the weekends. This vital role involves delivering personalized care in a home environment, fostering independence, and ensuring safety and comfort at all times. The ideal candidate will be energetic, proactive, and passionate about enhancing the quality of life for those they serve. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working in a supportive and dynamic setting. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patients' vital signs, observe health changes, and report findings to healthcare professionals promptly Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with meal planning and cooking as required Utilize specialized equipment following Plan of Care Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment by performing regular cleaning duties and ensuring infection control standards Support residents with memory care needs such as Alzheimer's or dementia by implementing personalized care strategies Maintain clear and transparent communication with client family and hiring agency. Skills Proven experience in providing personal and companionship care Good communication skill. Consistency in the job Knowledge of patient observation techniques and vital signs monitoring Familiarity with specialized care such as Perkinson, Alzheimer's, dementia, hospice, autism spectrum disorders, and developmental disabilities Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate mobility aids Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality and privacy Certifications in CPR and First Aid are highly desirable; experience with group homes or nursing homes is a plus Right attitude and personality to work closely with client family Benefits Competitive pay Quick onboarding Paid training Opportunity to grow Join us in delivering compassionate caregiving that transforms lives!
