Amergis Direct Care Staff North Adams, MA Apply Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a respected facility in Western MA that is currently seeking Direct Care Personnel to assist on a full-time basis.

13 weeks to start, with the likelihood of extension

$20/hour

Position Description:

Join a premier human service organization and help change the lives of individuals served. Support individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting, assisting with personal care, activities of daily living, and helping them live their best life.

Duties Include:

Developing rapport with individuals supported and fostering their personal growth to achieve their goals Providing and maintaining a safe home environment Planning, implementing, and documenting teaching plans/strategies

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
