If so, then we want you to join our team as a PCA/Caregiver/Homemaker/Companion aide (non-certified) At Excel! We have Multiple positions available in your area with flexible schedules and weekly pay with benefits and bonuses. Reliable transportation is a must. to join a team providing a higher quality care to individuals in their home to keep them safe and happy at home with dignity. Responsibilities A PCA/Caregiver is responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, foot care, mouth care and ambulation. A PCA/Home Health Aide is responsible for assisting clients with housekeeping duties including cleaning the bathroom, bedroom, living room, cleaning all floors, laundry, shopping, and assistance with decluttering of client homes. A PCA/Caregiver is responsible for offering emotional support and meaningful conversations A PCA/Caregiver is responsible for ensuring proper documentation of services performed or provided A PCA/Caregiver must be a reliable liaison between the client and their care team. Establishing trusting relationships with clients and families. Ensuring clients' needs are met on a daily/weekly basis Requirements Valid Driver's License Must have a vehicle
