At Marisata Care LLC, Ashley Falls MA, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care for seniors. We're looking for a warm and attentive Caregiver to join our team and help us continue our mission of delivering exceptional support to those who need it most.
What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities As a Caregiver for seniors, your role will be to provide day-to-day assistance and companionship to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Preparing meals and ensuring proper nutrition. Providing medication reminders and monitoring health conditions. Offering companionship and emotional support. Helping with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Supporting mobility and transportation needs, as required. Your care and attention will help our clients maintain their dignity and independence while enhancing their quality of life.
What We're Looking For:
Skills and Qualifications To thrive in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of experience as a caregiver or in a similar role. A compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and their families.
