Role:

As a caregiver, you will be representing our agency within a vibrant independent living community. You will assist residents with their individualized care plans while maintaining professionalism , respect , and compassion in every interaction — both with residents and on-site staff. Duties Provide daily care and companionship to residents as outlined in their care plans Ensure residents' safety, comfort, and well-being at all times Maintain a professional image and represent our agency with integrity Communicate effectively and respectfully with facility staff and fellow caregivers Follow and embody the principles of our ShareCare Model after on-the-go training Monitor changes in resident conditions and report as needed Promote independence while offering the support residents need to thrive Qualifications Previous caregiving experience is required (preferably in an independent living community or similar setting) A genuine passion for helping others and improving lives Ability to maintain boundaries and professionalism in all interactions Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Ability to work with multiple residents and adapt to a fast-paced environment Willingness to complete training in our ShareCare Model and implement its principles daily
