Position Overview:

As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide support with mobility and transfers Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed Perform light housekeeping duties Offer companionship and emotional support Monitor and report changes in clients' condition

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, patient, and compassionate demeanor Ability to pass background check and meet state requirements
