Summary We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our dedicated team at ComForCare. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life. Your contributions will directly impact the well-being of individuals facing various health challenges. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs to ensure client health and safety. Provide specialized care for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences. Support clients in social activities to promote engagement and emotional well-being. Ensure client rights are respected and upheld at all times. Assist with medication reminders and management as needed. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of dementia care techniques is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and families. Ability to work independently while following care plans accurately. Compassionate nature with a commitment to enhancing client quality of life. Familiarity with resident rights and HIPAA compliance.
