Personal Assistant Caregiver

Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in various caregiving settings, including home care, assisted living, and nursing homes. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through attentive care and support. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide patient observation and monitoring to ensure safety and well-being. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks. Support individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's care, dementia care, and memory care needs. Utilize equipment such as Hoyer lifts for safe patient transfers when necessary. Engage clients in social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans. Uphold HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and privacy. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving roles such as home health aide, nursing assistant, or direct support professional is preferred. First aid and CPR certification with a hands on component is required. Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting clients with mobility needs. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life. Pay:

$15.50 - $18.00 per hour
