Caregiver

Responsibilities Deliver attentive care to children or elderly populations, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Support childhood development through engaging activities that promote learning and social skills Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and nap times for young children Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive behavior and emotional regulation Collaborate with families and team members to create personalized care plans that meet individual needs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment aligned with health and safety standards Qualifications CNA or CMT Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies Strong skills in behavior management and classroom experience are highly desirable Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills for engaging with children and families Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Prior experience caring for children or elderly populations is preferred but not required Join us in creating a joyful, supportive environment where children or elderly populations can thrive! $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
