Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Create a warm and welcoming environment for residents, fostering a sense of community and social interaction Monitor and report changes in residents' condition, including physical, emotional, and cognitive status Collaborate with other care team members to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current on best practices and industry developments About the
