Benefits/Perks Competitive Compensation Paid Time Off Career Growth Opportunities Job Summary Windsor Woods Home Care is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support the daily operations of our DDA Personal Supports Program. This role is responsible for coordinating administrative and operational activities to ensure quality service delivery for individuals with developmental disabilities. The Operations Administrator will assist with staffing coordination, compliance monitoring, employee documentation, scheduling, communication, and overall program support while maintaining compliance with Maryland DDA regulations and agency policies. Responsibilities Support the daily administrative and operational functions of the DDA Personal Supports Program Coordinate staff schedules, shift coverage, and client assignments Maintain employee and client records in compliance with DDA, Medicaid, and HIPAA requirements Assist with onboarding, credential tracking, and staff compliance documentation Ensure staff certifications, trainings, and required documents remain current Communicate professionally with Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), families, guardians, coordinators, and management Monitor documentation, including progress notes, incident reports, and service records for completeness and accuracy Support quality assurance and compliance activities within the program Assist with investigations, incident follow-ups, corrective actions, and internal audits as directed Coordinate meetings, trainings, orientations, and employee communications Respond to scheduling emergencies and assist with staffing solutions as needed Maintain confidentiality of client and employee information Assist leadership with administrative projects and operational improvement initiatives Support person-centered services that enhance the quality of life for individuals receiving support Ensure professionalism, accountability, and compliance within daily operations Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Services, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 2 years of administrative or operational experience, preferably in healthcare, home care, or DDA services Knowledge of Maryland DDA regulations and developmental disability services Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Experience with scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, email communication, and electronic documentation systems Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Experience with coordinating staff Valid Maryland Driver's License and a reliable car .
