Caregiver (CNA/GNA/CMT Preferred) Flexible Schedule Shepherd's Staff In-Home Care | Montgomery County Shepherd's Staff is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers who take pride in providing high-quality care. Requirements:

CNA, GNA, or CMT preferred 1+ year professional caregiving experience preferred Reliable, professional, and compassionate Strong communication skills Must pass background check and drug screening Authorized to work in the U.S. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (auto insurance in caregiver's name or listed as a covered driver)

Responsibilities:

Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Provide companionship and emotional support Support mobility and safe transfers Medication reminders (CMTs may administer medications as assigned) Light housekeeping and meal prep Report changes in client condition Transport clients to appointments/errands as needed
