MUST HAVE

- Schedule Availability Must be available for short daytime shifts (4-6 hours) Example of typical shift hours include but are not limited to: 9am-1pm 10am-3pm 11am-3pm 10am-2pm Available on weekdays and/or weekends Driving Requirement (Required) Must have a reliable personal vehicle Must be comfortable driving clients Mileage reimbursement provided Agency is fully licensed and insured Duties Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility) Provide companionship and support Prepare meals and assist with daily routines Light housekeeping Follow care plans Transport clients as needed Requirements Caregiving experience preferred (CNA, HHA, or similar) Valid CPR certification (required) Negative PPD/TB test (required) Must pass a national criminal background check Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Dependable, professional, and compassionate Why Work With MCM Flexible part-time scheduling Consistent short shifts available Supportive care coordination team Competitive pay Perfect for caregivers looking to fill daytime hours with consistent, meaningful work.
