Job Description

TriSource is seeking compassionate and reliable CMT's to support individuals with developmental disabilities in the Towson area. This role involves assisting clients both in the home and within the community through recreational and daily living activities.
Requirements:
Active CPR/First Aid Certification Active CMT Certification Ability to pass a background check Core 9 DDA (can be completed within the first 30 days) Strong communication skills in English Ability to prepare standard American-style meals
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities Accompany clients on community outings such as shopping, movies, and other activities Assist with meal preparation and daily routines Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment Follow all client care plans and agency procedures
Position Details:
