If you do than come join our team as a RSW and work in one of our adult group homes. A Residential Support Worker ( RSW ) provides residential services for individuals with mental illness living in one of our adult group homes. Facilities range from 4 to 8 beds. Whether you are looking to supplement your current income or are in college and looking to gain experience through week-end and/or evening work, CHCS may be able to help you. Must have an active Maine driver's license and reliable transportation Need MHRT1 provisional within ten days of employment and full certification within one year of employment CHCS believes in the importance of work-life balance, we offer generous leave time with paid sick & vacation time plus seven paid holidays and five paid float holiday time to our full-time staff and pro-rated time for part-time staff.
