TWO

(40 HOURS & 30 HOURS)

Provide support to individuals with diverse needs, including those with autism, through the implementation of behavior management strategies.
Assist with medication administration and ensure adherence to prescribed protocols.
Support residents in daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility assistance.
Collaborate with social workers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Promote resident rights and ensure a safe and respectful environment.
Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and resident progress.

Experience working with individuals with diverse needs, preferably in a residential or healthcare setting.
Knowledge of behavior management techniques and ability to implement them effectively.
Familiarity with medication administration protocols and ability to follow prescribed guidelines.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to lift and assist residents with mobility as needed.
Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings.
