Summary:
MaineHealth Behavioral Health provides transitional residential treatment for adults, navigating mental health challenges across 12 programs from York to Belfast. As a Residential Care Worker, you will support residents' day to day as they build skills, follow treatment plans, and strengthen community connections that promote recovery and reduce stigma.
Position Highlights:
Shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts The Residential Care Worker I role is responsible for providing personal care, supervision, and skills teaching to clients/residents as outlined on individual treatment plans. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1.
Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred. 2.
License/Certifications:
Current certification as an Active Certified Residential Medication Aide and Personal Support Specialist required. Current certification as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT 1) must be obtained within one year of employment. Valid Driver's License preferred. 3.
Experience:
Experience working in a residential setting preferred. 4.
