Benefits of joining our team include: Competitive hourly pay ranging from $20.00-$22.00 per hour Additional $3.00/hour weekend differential pay Reliable weekly pay via direct deposit Flexible scheduling options Full-time and part-time opportunities Consistent client demand and steady hours 401(k) with company matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Short-term disability insurance Life insurance Paid time off (PTO) Ongoing support and communication from our care team Caregiver Responsibilities As a certified caregiver, CNA, PSS, or DSW, responsibilities may include: Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance Mobility support, transfers, and fall prevention Medication reminders Meal preparation and feeding assistance Light housekeeping and laundry Transportation to appointments and errands Companionship and emotional support Monitoring client safety and well-being Supporting clients experiencing dementia or cognitive decline Maintaining professional documentation and communication Caregivers are expected to provide compassionate, respectful care while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times. Shift Availability We are hiring for all shifts, including: Day shifts Night shifts Weekend shifts 8:00am-8:00pm shifts 8:00pm-8:00am overnight shifts 12-hour shifts Multiple 4-hour and 6-hour shifts throughout the day We work with caregivers to create schedules that fit their availability and lifestyle. QualificationsRequirements To qualify for this caregiver position, applicants must: Hold a current Maine CNA, PSS, or DSW certification/license Be at least 21 years old Have a high school diploma or GED Possess a valid driver's license Have reliable transportation (drop-offs are not permitted) Carry current auto insurance Have a dependable cell phone with active service Be eligible to work in the United States Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and reliability Be comfortable working independently in clients' homes Strong communication skills and experience working with seniors, dementia clients, or individuals with hearing or cognitive impairments are highly valued.
