Position Overview This role is approximately: 50-75% direct caregiving/backup shift coverage 25-50% caregiver training, mentoring, and quality assurance You will support clients in their homes while also helping onboard and mentor new caregivers to ensure excellent care standards. Caregiver/CNA Responsibilities (50-75% of role) Provide high-quality in-home care services including: Personal care assistance Bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support Companionship and emotional support Meal preparation Medication reminders Mobility and transfer assistance Activities of daily living (ADLs) Light housekeeping Shift coverage hours may vary between mornings and early evenings. Quality AssuranceMentorship Responsibilities (25-50% of role) Train and onboard new caregivers Accompany new caregivers on first client shifts Conduct caregiver quality assurance visits Reassess client care needs Provide caregiver coaching and mentorship Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, office staff, and leadership Travel locally throughout York and Cumberland counties Maintain accurate documentation and follow company procedures This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.

Qualifications Required:

CNA certification (lapsed CNA will be considered with relevant years of experience) Minimum 2 years of caregiving or home care experience Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or training experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Auto insurance Strong communication and organizational skills Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

Preferred:

3+ years of home health or personal care experience Microsoft Office experience
