Job Description
Become a valued part of Seniors Helping Seniors® Lakeshore and help enhance the lives of aging adults in our community. Your work makes a meaningful difference every day. We are hiring compassionate caregivers for part-time positions (up to 35 hours/week) serving older adults in Allegan and nearby communities. Starting at $17.00/hr - $ 19.00/hr, enjoy an excellent work environment with 24/7 support, paid training, and opportunities to grow in the senior care field. Job Responsibilities Provide companionship and social engagement Light housekeeping and meal preparation Medication reminders Running errands and transportation to appointments Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Specialized Alzheimer's and Dementia support Requirements Commitment to treating clients with dignity and respect Weekend availability (if applicable) Strong communication skills Valid driver's license and auto insurance (if applicable) Compliance with State of Michigan regulations, including background and DMV checks
