You will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety in their homes. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Provide medication reminders and monitor client health status Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment Document care provided and communicate any changes in client condition to supervisors Offer companionship and emotional support during evening hours Requirements Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or in a similar care role preferred but not required Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently during evening shifts Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is an asset Must be able to pass background checks and comply with company policies Benefits Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00, paid twice a month Flexible evening shifts Opportunities for professional growth Supportive and friendly work environment About the Company University Home Care Inc is a trusted provider of in-home support services dedicated to improving the lives of individuals in Allenton, MI.
