https://cultivatedcareagency.com/ Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development Ensure a safe environment by implementing proper safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness in the home or care setting Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning up after meals, tidying play areas, and laundry related to children's belongings Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns Support children with developmental milestones, including preschool activities, potty training, or behavioral guidance Collaborate with parents or guardians to follow specific routines, schedules, and care instructions Incorporate educational teaching methods to foster early childhood development and curiosity Work with children who have special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized support Experience Prior experience working with children in roles such as nannying, babysitting, daycare assistant, or teaching is highly valued Demonstrated knowledge of infant care practices and toddler development stages Familiarity with first aid procedures and CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided if needed Experience preparing healthy meals and snacks for children of various ages Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism Knowledge of safety standards related to childcare environments and household cleaning routines

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
