Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by promoting their independence and well-being. Duties:

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
• Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and ensure the safety of clients
• Support individuals in participating in community activities and social interactions
• Drive clients to appointments, outings, and recreational activities
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and daily activities

Skills:

• Experience in caregiving or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
• Ability to administer medications following proper protocols
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and other team members
• Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules Please note that all positions must be paid, including internship positions.
