Job Description

NOW HIRING - PART-TIME CAREGIVER
(Afternoons & Monday Overnight) Bay City, MI $20.00-$22.40 per hour One Client • Home-Based Care • Consistent Part-Time Schedule We're seeking a dependable caregiver to provide one-on-one support for an adult with physical and developmental disabilities in a private home. This is a consistent part-time position with one client in one location. Available Schedule Monday Overnight 10:30 PM - 4:00 AM (5.5 hours) Person-Centered Plan (PCP) Goal Shifts Three weekday afternoon shifts 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM (4 hours each) Weekdays assigned based on staffing needs Approximately 17.5 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours as they become available. Responsibilities Assist with Person-Centered Plan goals and community participation Support therapeutic and recreational activities Assist with meals and self-feeding as needed Medication support (training provided) Personal care and hygiene assistance Hoyer lift transfers and mobility support Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment Complete required documentation Qualifications Reliable transportation Dependable attendance Comfortable working one-on-one in a home setting Ability to perform lifting, bending, stooping, transfers, and personal care Willing to work the assigned afternoon schedule and Monday overnight shift Experience as a DSP, caregiver, CNA, or Home Health Aide preferred, but willing to train the right candidate This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for meaningful, consistent part-time work with one client in a home setting and the potential for additional hours as staffing needs change.
