Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support to individuals of all ages, including children, infants, toddlers, and those with disabilities. In this vital role, you will foster a safe, nurturing environment while assisting with daily activities, personal care, and developmental needs. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help enhance the quality of life for those you serve, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and empowered every day. Responsibilities Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and mobility for children and individuals with disabilities Support early childhood development through engaging activities, teaching, and behavior management strategies Provide attentive care for infants and toddlers, including feeding schedules, diapering, and sleep routines Create a safe environment by monitoring activities and ensuring compliance with safety protocols Collaborate with families or guardians to understand individual needs and preferences Implement educational activities aligned with early childhood education standards to promote learning and growth Maintain detailed records of care provided, developmental milestones, and any concerns or incidents Requirements Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities in childcare settings, daycare centers, or as a nanny or babysitter Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques CHAMPS Account holder will get priority. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting or assisting with mobility Familiarity with classroom experience or early childhood education practices is preferred Compassionate attitude combined with patience, adaptability, and a genuine desire to support others Join our team to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals requiring special care. Pay:
$17.13 - $17.50 per hour
