Our team specializes in supporting residents with Alzheimer's, dementia, and physical frailties, ensuring they receive dignity, respect, and tailored care in a safe and secure setting. Job Overview We are seeking a caring and energetic Caregiver to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will provide compassionate support to residents of all ages, including infants, toddlers, children, and adults with disabilities. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a nurturing environment where residents feel valued and well-cared for. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort Support children with age-appropriate activities that foster childhood development and learning Provide specialized care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive behavior and emotional well-being Collaborate with team members to develop and follow personalized care plans tailored to each resident's needs Ensure safety by adhering to health protocols such as first aid procedures and infection control practices Engage residents in meaningful activities that promote social interaction, learning, and physical activity Experience Prior experience working with children or in early childhood education settings such as daycare or preschool is preferred Experience in caregiving roles involving individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued Classroom experience or nannying that demonstrates patience, adaptability, and nurturing skills is beneficial Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques is desirable Certification in first aid or CPR is a plus but not required; training can be provided during onboarding This role offers an exciting opportunity to bring energy, compassion, and professionalism into the lives of residents across all ages.
